Preparation Guidelines

We’re excited to have you join us for your upcoming training session! To ensure the best possible results, we kindly ask you to follow these preparation guidelines before your appointment:

1. Shower Beforehand: Please arrive freshly showered to ensure your skin is clean and ready for the treatment.
2. Avoid Body Lotion: Refrain from applying body lotion before the session to prevent any interference with the treatment.
3. Sun Exposure: Avoid sunburn and excessive sun exposure leading up to your appointment. It’s best to protect your skin from the sun to avoid any adverse effects.
4. No Skin Diseases: If you have any skin conditions or diseases, please inform us in advance. 
5. No Sun Tanning: Please avoid sun tanning for at least 3 days prior to your appointment.

For optimal results, we recommend preparing your skin in advance:

• Hydrate: Drink plenty of water and consider adding carrot juice to your diet for a week leading up to your session.
• Moisturize: Keeping your skin hydrated will help achieve the best outcome.
